CustomerGrip exists to give local businesses a single, simple platform to manage customers, run WhatsApp campaigns, reward loyalty and understand their numbers — so they can focus on serving their customers, not juggling spreadsheets and notebooks.

Our data privacy commitment

CustomerGrip is built with privacy at the foundation. Each business has isolated data enforced by Supabase Row Level Security, so one business can never access another business's records.

We only collect what is needed to operate the platform. Customer data is stored securely, accessed only by the business that owns it, and never sold to third parties. WhatsApp messaging is handled through Meta's official Cloud API under the business's own Meta account.
